Hello, I am Trang Chibi, an artist, educator, and entrepreneur from Vietnam. Vietnamese is my native language and I want to help you to learn this language.

I grew up in Hai Phong, a coastal city in Southern Vietnam but have lived, studied, and worked in both the South and the North of Vietnam. I also studied and worked in the UK and US, therefore, understanding the differences in languages and cultures.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    1. How many languages you can speak?

    My native language is Vietnamese, and I can use English in all professional settings. I speak Chinese at a conversational level (no jargon or politic…). I have been learning Japanese on and off for a long time.

    2. What is your full-time job?

    I don’t really like the concept of a “job”. I don’t have a job; I only have many passions.

    3. Why is your rate not very high?

    Honestly, not many people are willing to invest a significant amount of money to learn Vietnamese. I only teach several hours a week and the benefits of meeting new people and making new friends are far beyond the cost of my time.

    4. Do you plan to open an in-person Vietnamese language center like some companies?

    From a business perspective, teaching Vietnamese is not a lucrative industry so I don’t plan to raise capital to invest in this field.
